We are thrilled to announce our pivotal role in creating the 3DCG model and live production for the heroine “Uta” in ‘ONE PIECE FILM RED’.

As part of the promotional campaign for the 2022 movie ‘ONE PIECE FILM RED’, we managed technical aspects for projects like “Uta LIVE in Nippon Budokan”, appearances on FNS Music Festival and NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen, and the official YouTube channel content “Uta Diary”. Our responsibilities ranged from crafting the 3D model to providing technical support for live performances and video production.

During the finale of the “UTA TV LIVE TOUR” at the “73rd NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen”, Uta collaborated with real-life artists for a groundbreaking performance, marking the first-ever appearance of an anime character on the Kohaku stage. Uta’s segment achieved the fourth-highest views on the official NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen YouTube channel.

Utilizing 3D models for music concerts, YouTube, and television media mix, ‘ONE PIECE FILM RED’ grossed a staggering 19.7 billion yen in domestic box office revenue, with an audience of 14.27 million, securing its place as the 8th highest-grossing film in Japan’s box office history (as of May 8, 2023).
